MADE TO ORDER & BESPOKE PIECES
All Made-to-Order and Bespoke pieces are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
This includes pieces made to your individual measurements, alterations to our standard designs, changes in length or fit, fabric changes, colour changes and any other personalised requests.
As these pieces are individually made for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or the item is no longer required.
Please ensure you are happy with your chosen fabric, colour, style and measurements before placing your order. We are always happy to discuss your requirements before your order is confirmed.
IN-STOCK PIECES
In-stock items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, marks or damage
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging where possible
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on in-stock purchases; exchanges only.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Items returned after this period may not be accepted.
